Shipping charges will be added at checkout for any items ordered from Artisan Industries.

Return Policy:  

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of Artisan Industries products, return the product to our Peconic, New York office.

All product returns must be issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) prior to returning product, or they will be refused at the door. To request an RMA, email returns@artisanindustries.com with any comments regarding the reason for returning the product.

On any returns purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges to and or from Artisan.

Non stock special order items are not returnable.

Item must be returned within 30 days.

Refunds will be given as Money Back.

Order cancellations may be cancelled prior to shipping with the exception of personalized products which may be cancelled prior to production of item.

No damage claims of any nature will be considered unless made in writing delivered to returns@artisanindustries.com within 5 days after receipt of goods.
